The Site Logbook Calendar is especially designed for the control of water monitoring, particular to Legionella and the L8 recomendations.
This Site Logbook can be set up as a Master Logbook holding all the information - documents and test data - for all clients and sites. It is typicaly set up at an organisations head quarters.
Test Programs are displayed on a screen designed as a Calendar. The schedule may be daily, weekly, monthly, etc. Click on the Calendar for a list of tests ready ofr data entry.
The tests can be
- numeric - pH test with a low and high specification
- an alpha test - Y, N or N/A
- a formula - test 5 + test 6 (using maths symbols)
Using the Calendar
A set of standard test programs are supplied with the Calendar. Each Test Program can be edited for particular conditions on site or a new test program created. New tests can be created.
This means that any situation requiring a schedule of actions can be added to the Calendar. Add to the Calendar a schedule for Fire Regulations, Asbestos Regulations, fork lift truck maintenance, or the organisation of employee training.
Also displayed on the Calendar are Notes and Non-Conformities. Notes can be added under several categories. Non-Conformities can be manualy added. They are automatically generated when entering test results that are out of specification, either too high or too low.
Documents stored for one or any number of sites are organised by Client and Site.

This package has all the features of the Site Logbook Calendar.
The schedules are presented on a planner.
Those familiar with planning tools will find this presentation easy to use.

Site Logbook PDA
This package enables a user to enter test results onto a hand held computer (PDA).
From the Site Logbook a scheduled Test Program for a location is selected.
The information is ready to synchronise with your PDA.
After entering test results the PDA is synchronised with a Logbook on the PC.
This package is used to post the test results into the Site Logbook.
A PDA with the Pocket PC software is necessary.
This package is compatible with the Site Logbook Calendar 4, Single Site Logbook and Site Logbook Planner.
Risk Assessment on PDA
The full set of questions, answers and responses is downloaded onto a PDA.
A full on site Risk Assessment for the clients site can be entered.
The information is then synchronised with the PC to ready for additional information to be added to produce a full report.
Asbestos Record Keeping
The full set of questions, answers and responses and standard documents required for an asbestos record keeping system.
This system is under development and will be available in March 2004.
