	Calendar Version 4
	The Calendar is displayed with the schedules for a Client and Site. To change the Calendar to display schedules for a different Client and Site click on the menu option Select. (Top left of the Calendar.)
	This screen is used to select, add, amend and delete Clients and Sites. Contacts are also administered on this screen. In addition, Communications Parameters and Calendar Parameters are administered here. In the bottom left corner is the Alert panel. This indicates where non-conformities are outstanding. Click on the Client and Site to access the non-conformity.
	Once a Client and Site have been selected their schedules will be displayed on the Calendar. As well as scheduled Test Programs, Notes and Non-Conformities are displayed on the Calendar.
	Click on the menu option Folders. A list of Logbook subjects is displayed. Click on one of these to display documents stored for the Client and Site.
	Click on the calendar to display this screen with a list of Test Programs. Click on the first one which is a Closed System Quarterly. The test data entry screen will be displayed - Service Report.
	Fill in the test results for a Service Report. This screen shows a list of quarterly tests for a Closed System. Add or remove tests to customise this list and the reports.
	Display Non-Conformities from the calendar or from the Client and Site screen. Authorise all the listed non-conformities or display the details for each one by clicking on the list.
	Sign into the logbook with an Id and password. Different functions throughout the system are enabled for each user profile.
	On every screen there is a Help option. Just click on Help to access a full Microsoft Windows Help system with Contents, Index and Search.
