• The user profile can be tailored for them to see permited Client(s) and Site(s)

• Annual support for the WEB Survey and Logbook is charged depending on the size of the estate.
• Support for an estate of 100 buildings / sites for Surveys and WEB Logbook is £1,000 per annum.
• Support includes software upgrades, new reports, and telephone support in business hours.
• Up to 100 users will have access to the system (they must have access to the WEB)
• Discounts available for larger estates
• A one day training course is available at £500

• The full set of questions, answers and responses to create a Building Survey report.
• A plan is created from the Survey to manage the ACM's - maintenance, labelling, re-survey, air sampling, training, etc.
• Store all documents received from contractors, etc. required for an asbestos record keeping system.
• Make available to all sites and each site a complete set of documents - on the internet or intranet.
• The price of this package is £500 plus £500 support for the first year. (Support can be extended.)
